Process Flow 　( i ) Pretreatment: Degreasing, Removal of scale, Surface Roughness treatment 　(ii ) Preheating: Preheat products in an oven 　(iii) Dipping: Dip preheated products in fluidized bed powder coating of room temperature. 　(iV) Post-heating: Curing of the film on the product        Electrostatic powder spray coating Summary The electrostatically charged plastics powder is sprayed over the products and the products are heated to form the coating film. Uniform film thickness is obtained by this coating method.
