Primer-less flame system
This system remarkably improves adhesiveness between plastic basement and materials like as PVC, TPO, TPU, etc., without any primer treatment.
It enables reduction of production cost thanks to following reasons.
- Drying time is reduced thanks to no primer treatment.
- Deffective ratio is decreased due to improved adhesiveness.
- Reversible work base enables reduction of processing time and downsinzing of system.

Features;
> Easy adhesion or painting on the bumper or inserts made of less adhesive
material, by changing surface property of the material.
> Makeready such as jig exchange can be simultaneously done on one side for a different type of car while the
treatment is being done on the other side.
> Processing time can be saved by pre-teaching of insert shape to the robot.
> Increase dyne/cm from approx. 30% to approx. 70% and the effect lasts 1 week.
> Process time can be saved thanks to the reversible work base since
exchange of insert on one work base is possible
while the treatment is carried out on the other side of work base.
> Since the work base is turned by axial rotation, speedy rotation is possible which contributes to process time saving.

Combustion method;
LPG combustion type (LPG+Oxygen(air)+organosilicon(Si-C) compound)
Compared to the conventional flame treatment in which burner flame needs
to be always turned on, our primerless flame system provides stable surface
treatment by making the burner flame “on” only for the time of irradiation
to the work, and the reduction of LPG consumption has been realized.
