Achieved the incredibly long life SST9000h (Salt Spray Test), which far exceeds the lifespan of conventional coatings. Since no pickling or electrolytic treatment is performed, hydrogen embrittlement does not occur. Additionally, since processing and firing temperature is low, the surface treatment maintains the original strength of the material. We can meet the needs of buildings that require high durability, as well as projects in the ocean and unknown areas.

What is FA Coat?

FA Coat is a registered trademark of Nakada Coating. The iron-zinc alloy film formed on the surface of the material by mechanically coating Z iron reacts with the silicate-based BC coating to form a nonconducting film, and is highly corrosion resistant by applying a fluorine-containing fastener coating. This is a chromium-free, non-polluting thin film surface treatment system that achieves torque stability, lubricity, and weather resistance.

Features

The newly announced Super FA coat has achieved a completely different lifespan of 9000 hours in salt spray tests, far surpassing the performance of conventional FA coats, and a thin coating with a film thickness of 20 to 25μ. This means that there is little effect on dimensional accuracy, and it is also chrome-free, meeting environmental regulations such as RoHS, ELV, and REACH.
The pinnacle of unrivaled corrosion-resistant coating has been completed, supporting the next frontier, the use of equipment on the deep seabed and in the ocean.
