This machine is for production of skins for instrument panel of automobile by melting plastic powder in female mold. (electroformed nickel mold)
It prevents molds from cracking and distortion by using uniform heating and cooling.
Skin weight can be reduced thanks to uniform skin thickness.(10% less in weight compared to other production method*)
Thanks to hot air heating, know-how on mold (electrocasting mold) is not requested as in other production method and it makes it possible to use conplicated shape mold.

Option: Automatic mold exchange equipment. Powder supply equipmwnt.Powder drying equipment.

*Other production method: Oil heating type. Fluidized-bed type, etc.
